Single task

You already know what needs doing.
A WPML or WooCommerce setting, a language switcher, a conflict you have already narrowed down.
If it turns out to be bigger than one task, I say so before starting.

Diagnosis
EUR 490
You know something is wrong, but not yet why.
I reproduce the problem, work out what is actually causing it, and put the findings in writing within five business days.
You receive the cause I found, the risks involved, what I recommend doing first, and a fixed price for further work.
Emergency
EUR 690
Same-day start on business days, Vienna time. For problems that cannot wait for the normal queue.
Site down, wp-admin unusable, broken after an update.
The first goal is to stabilise the site. I then document what happened and what still needs attention.
Technical partner
from EUR 750 / month
Priority response and white-label work for agencies and teams.
Five reserved hours per month of debugging and development work. Hours do not roll over.
You work directly with the person investigating the problem, and I already know your system when the next issue comes up.
Diagnosis: EUR 490 within five business days. Emergency: EUR 690 with a same-day start. The fix itself is quoted as a fixed price once the diagnosis is done.

Monthly, cancel any time. For sites that need regular updates, backups and monitoring.
Starter
EUR 45 / month
Small sites and landing pages that rarely change.
A monthly update round for WordPress core, themes and plugins, and straight away when there is an urgent security release. A backup before every update round and a monthly security check.
A simple maintenance plan with no included development time.
Basic
EUR 79 / month
Company sites and blogs with regular changes.
Weekly updates, daily backups, a weekly security check, uptime monitoring, a monthly report, and 15 minutes a month for small changes.
Business
EUR 129 / month
Shops and large sites that change daily.
Weekly updates tested against the checkout and payment plugins. Backups every 12 hours, a daily security check, performance monitoring, 30 minutes a month and a same-business-day reply.
A quarterly review covers anything that has changed or may need attention next.
Every plan starts with a takeover check: versions, known vulnerabilities, backup state and access. Individual plans for sites with their own requirements. Every website I build includes three months of Basic. How the plans work.
